My focus and ambition is building scalable, efficient tech-enabled service businesses by applying technology to processes, working with great people, together building systems to create clear value to our customers.

I enjoy working with smart, driven people who take ownership, move fast, and get things done.

While I encourage autonomy, I’m keen to provide feedback, always available for help if you’re blocked or need another pair of eyes on your work.

I love to help people grow and improve, and spend quite a bit of time trying to improve myself. So if you’re into this sort of thing, we’re on the right track.

I’d love to help you grow as a person and team member, acting as a coach and guide, to the extent of my abilities (I’m learning!). I also want your feedback, on my management style, ideas, communication - don’t hold anything back!
